Perfect for Home
When you combine a mulit-use, durable, home gymnastics double bar system with a high quality, foam practice mat you've got a mega station that's ready to take on your most active kiddos! The 5-in-1 Bar System relies on heavy grade steel construction to offer incredible stability whether you're swinging, kipping, circling or building an awesome fort! Use the 4 foot x 8 foot x 8 inch Practice Mat under the bar, over the bar or on it's own for safe soft landings. When you're looking for more space in the house, the 5-in-1 bar disassembles quickly and the Practice Mat folds in half with convenient handles for moving from place to place easily.

- The heavy duty cross bars of the 5-in-1 Bar are what make this Jr. Training Bar so stable. They are about 2in thick, so make sure you have appropriate matting underneath. We recommend no less than a 6in mat. Another option is to purchase a Home Flexi Mat which can be cut in two and placed on each side of the cross bar making a flush surface. With this setup, a 4in thick mat underneath should work well.
- Be sure you have a safe ceiling height when using any Jr. Training Bar. We recommend an 8ft high ceiling for all drills, except swinging skills which should have a taller ceiling height.
We recommend 10' ceilings for the highest level but if you have lower ceilings you can put the bar lower and it will still be usable.
When the Bars are placed on the furthest points of the legs, the bars are 5.5' apart.
