Incline Cartwheels for Beginners
Purpose
Early learners benefit from creative stations like this one that teach movement concepts and body awareness in skills such as a cartwheel. Using two Folding Inclines or as shown in this video, two Folding Mini Ramps placed back to back, will encourage the athlete to emphasize the lunge and a strong kick from the back leg. This drill will help reinforce the strength of the kick needed for the legs and feet to travel directly over the body.
