BE PREPARED THIS HOLIDAY SEASON
This year we’re facing some unique challenges. Demand for our products is very high and our supply chain partners are working hard to make sure we maintain adequate stock. If an item is in stock it will ship in 1-2 business days. If we happen to run out of stock on an item, you can be confident we’ll work around the clock to fulfill those backorders as quickly as possible.

Our inventory experts recommend that if you see what you want, don’t hesitate – buy it! Inventory is going quickly, so snag in-stock items while you can. Even if an item you want is on backorder, go ahead and reserve it anyway. Putting your orders in quickly will give us time to get them back in stock so we can get them to you as soon as possible and you can put them to good use in the gym or in your home. We have also extended our return window to early January for orders placed in October and November to accomodate for early holiday shopping.
We’re dealing with “last mile” uncertainty
Getting products from our warehouse in Michigan to you has been particularly challenging this year. From freight delays to driver shortages, these issues have reverberated across the entire retail industry. Our ground and air shipping partners have experienced significant package volumes coupled with ongoing industry workforce shortage all of which may impact the arrival time of your order. If your order is shipped by freight truck, be proactive in communicating with the freight company about your delivery.
We’re putting people first
Due to extra precautions in our warehouse, widespread worker shortages, and disruptions in the global supply chain, we’re seeing more backorders and longer shipping times than usual. We appreciate your patience as we work to keep things moving while continuing to maintain safe and healthy conditions for our fulfillment teams in Michigan, California and our vendors around the world.
Our drop-ship vendors are also impacted
Some of our bigger equipment items (like carpet foam and competition gymnastics equipment) bypass our warehouse and are shipped directly to you from the vendor. This is called “drop-ship” in industry lingo. We work closely with our partners to ship as quickly as possible, but lead times may still be longer than usual.
