TUMBL TRAK RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

It takes a lot of innovation to please our toughest critics.

The best ideas start in the gym.

Our best innovations begin with the experts on the front lines — dedicated coaches and teachers just like you. Got a challenge that needs solving? A "what if" moment during practice? That's exactly where our best ideas come from.

We've built partnerships with professionals across the country who share their everyday challenges directly with our design team. This hands-on approach transforms those "there must be a better way" moments into products that actually make sense when you're working with real athletes.

If it's not good enough for our kids, it's not good enough for yours.

We don't take chances when it comes to safety — we're coaches and parents too. During design and testing, we put every material through its paces in real-world conditions.

Our team doesn't just run lab tests — although we do plenty of them. We also ask ourselves, "Would I let my athletes practice on this?" or "Is this sturdy enough for my child's team?" Because at the end of the day, if we wouldn't trust it with our kids' safety, we'd never expect you to trust it with yours.

We let athletes be the judge.

We believe great products aren't born in a lab — they're proven in the real world. That's why after creating prototypes, we put our equipment through its paces where it matters most: a large network of actual gymnastics clubs, cheer gyms, and dance studios. We're watching how that new mat handles when a team practices on it daily, or how that balance beam performs under different skill levels.

Our testing process takes time — sometimes up to a year, which goes way beyond what others do — because we're obsessed with getting it right. We'll tweak, adjust, and sometimes completely reimagine a product based on what coaches and athletes tell us. Only when something passes these real-life challenges do we finally say, "Yes, this is ready for your athletes."
