Front Handspring Blocking Station
Purpose
Learning to create flight for a front handspring can be tricky. This drill is easy to set up and FUN to do for almost all levels. Here we are using a Sweet Spot for hand placement and a Folding Incline topped with a soft Teddy Bear Mat for landing.
