Leah has been involved in gymnastics for most of her life. She was a club and collegiate gymnast for 17 years and is now a well-decorated coach and judge. She is passionate about sports psychology, mental training, and developing a positive relationship with exercise, and has traveled to various gyms and Congresses to lecture on these topics.
Strength training is one of the most vital parts of a gymnastics program, and Leah believes that it can be an enjoyable experience for athletes, creating more productive practices and happier gymnasts.
Leah loves coaching, inspiring athletes to gain confidence and reach their potential.
Leah is also a pro circus performer, specializing in aerial arts! Safety first with the Pit Pillow!
