Tumbl Trak Tumbling Progressions: (Video length 10:59)
Front flipping is an important tumbling skill that progresses to many more difficult skills. Tammy Biggs uses various stations in a sequential circuit, using a Tumbl Trak, to improve shapes and create good habits in athletes. Tammy’s experience, and attention to detail is highlighted in this video as she shows how to progress slowly, and correctly through the skill.

Using barrels, inclines and panel mats, Tammy Biggs demonstrates the basics of beginning drills for developing Onodi’s and Arabians. Tammy uses these progressions to lead toward many higher level skills on vault and bars including bails, shoot over, and Geingers. Tammy’s breaks the skills down into simple drills in a sequential circuit, emphasizing the basics of correct technique and shapes.

It is essential to use the drills in sequence for the safest, and most effective training techniques.
